A whale calf was born on camera a few days ago. I can't give a link, but you can search "baby whale Dana point". It may lift your spirits for a moment.

Iris, I saw that on the news - not the birth, but afterwards. It looked so tiny and seemed to be pinkish to me. First time this has ever happened.0
