Small scale active games?
DW is at the stage where she needs detailed advice on how to shower, needs much help dressing, etc. I've taken over cooking, cleaning and all that. She's physically sound and in good shape, but mostly has little to occupy her. We've recently walked up to 7 miles in a day, and in warm weather she still rides the back of our tandem with me. But she's very sensitive to cold, and except for walking, there's very little to do in winter. She can no longer read or sew. Puzzles don't work. Coloring did for a while, but she's lost interest. TV is better than nothing, but only barely.
Recently at a family party, we were in their large game room. DW had a great time playing air hockey! Score didn't matter. She was active, having fun, and there were enough random successes and accidental goals that she felt very happy.
Our house is tiny. Does anyone have any ideas on tabletop-sized games that might give the same pleasure? Games that require no strategy, no great skill (ping pong was a failure) but are active fun? It would be extra nice if, like air hockey, there were good chances of random success.
I may try a dartboard, but I'd love other ideas.

You might check some nearby department stores, because many of them have close-out sales of games which were stocked for Christmas. Last week we were in a Kohls here in Southern California, and they had a number of tabletop and lawn games in their Christmas close-out sale section.0

My grandsons have a small air hockey game. The adults at Christmas time had a good time with the kids playing kids's card games, like Old Maid. I tried teaching my mom how to play dominos but her attention span waivered after the first game.
Horse shoes and corn hole might work too.
