The chair - rant

I am so angry right now about this dining table chair.  Mom was fine with it at every meal yesterday & breakfast this morning - lunch today - that's a BIG nope. I had it at her place, turned my back to make lunch & she switched it. I think 1 issue is that the arms make her feel confined.

I feel my biggest source of anger is coming from the fact that my sister doesn't see this & most likely could care less. To me that appears evident by the fact she rarely visits or calls. 

Just have to keep reminding myself of my Tuesday appointment with the attorney.  I have a document my sister signed explaining the duties of a DPOA  and the consequences of failure to carry them thru properly. 

Rant over.

    I am asking the lawyer to draw up a lawsuit against my sister for embezzlement and causing harm to the estate.

    Oh my.  I’m glad that you are seeking the advice of a lawyer.  Sorry that you are going through this.
