Links like this are good. Every so often people post a link to an online gambling site or some other site that is frowned upon. This is relaxing music. Thanks!

As a musician, and music teacher, I sometimes crave silence in my own space. However, since my DH has ALZ, we have been playing background music daily, and it has made all the difference in our stress levels, and in his behavior and peace of mind. Music is probably the single most effective daily therapy. So thankful for it!

I always have Secret Gardens or other Celtic music on. Keeps both of us more calm.

I have Comcast on all day- - “soundscapes” or “easy listening “. (The grandkids call it spa music.)  At DH’s MCF, there is always music in the background.  In one of my early teaching assignments, my students all had severe or profound disabilities.  I always kept soft music playing all day.  I love nothing more than soft music, a cup of tea and a good book.  Serenity.
