Therapy for the LO

Some members of my family want my EO LO to get therapy.  Has anyone actually done this before?  I understand the need for the family to experience therapy to support my LO.  But I am not sure how beneficial it would be for the EO LO.  She is entering the later stages of the disease.

Any opinions/thoughts?

TIA

psychotherapy?  That assumes an intact brain.  Likely more beneficial for the family than for her.  Maybe this could be a teaching moment for some members of the family......
