So we are in the standard early phases of this disease. What I am looking for I hope someone else has already figured out.
My mom has a sister in California. We are in North Carolina. Is there a way to control contacts in her IPhone so if she tries to call them it will not ring through until normal daytime in California?
My aunt is getting 3am, 4am and 5am calls. And has memory issues of her own........so any ideas are appreciated. Thanks!

Could the phone be 'misplaced' until later in the morning? Any way of hiding it after mom goes to bed, and re-appears next day at a better time for aunt?0

You could slip the phone into airplane mode at bedtime.
If her sister uses a smart phone she (or her caregiver) could set her phone to "do not disturb" during the hours she wants to be left alone.

I second HB-- airplane mode on either end , or Do Not Disturb in CA. It can be set up to automatically turn on and off in settings, by someone who knows how to run one of these things lol0

You are getting some good ideas for the iphone for outbound calls and that can work for now. You may want to look at who is calling her. Scamming can become a large and dangerous issue. We ended up moving away from cell phone and getting teleCalm for my mom to not only limit when / who my mom could call, but also limit who could call her. That ended up being a lifesaver as we could put limits on the frequency of calls and limit hours in which calls could go through.0

In settings, go down to screen time and set limits for who and when they can access phone, messaging etc. For instance, you can set it where they can contact you 24/7 but will be unable to contact anyone else in their list during the set timeframe. Good luck0
