Reset password before logging in

If you need to reset your password before logging into ALZConnected site, please follow these instructions:

1. From the home page select “Sign In”
2. Select the blue “Forgot?” password hyperlink
3. Enter the email address you used to register for ALZConnected, complete the security check by selecting the checkbox, then click ”Request a New Password”
4. You will immediately see confirmation that password reset instructions have been sent to your email address
5. Upon receiving the system-generated email, follow the enclosed prompts and select the box for “change my password”. If you do not see a system-generated email in your inbox, please check the Spam folder of your email account
6. Enter a new password and re-enter to confirm. Then select “Save your Password” Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and should include at least one number and a special character (e.g., #, $, %)
7. Use your email address and new password to login to the site

Update password after logging in

If you are already logged into the ALZConnected site and would like to update your password for use moving forward, please follow these instructions:

1. Make sure you are logged into the ALZConnected community at alz.org/alzconnected. Your avatar will appear in the upper right corner once you are logged in.
2. Select image of your avatar in upper right corner
3. Select “Account & Privacy Settings”
4. Click the pen tool to edit your password
5. Enter your current password, then enter your new password. Enter your new password a second time to confirm. 
6. Select “Save” and your new password will be saved for future use.
