I found this episode of Fresh Air on NPR to be a good listen especially for those just starting out on this journey. Dr. Sandeep Jauhar is a cardiologist in New York who also cared for his father with dementia. I'm looking forward to reading his book called "My Father's Brain." Even as a highly trained physician he had the same struggles we all have.
