Parent won’t let anyone touch her

My mom won’t let no one touch her she has Alzheimer’s and it progressing she urinating on her self and won’t let staff change her or bedding my n my sister are help in caring for her it’s a battle getting her to change room smells all time like urine where burnt out staff wants to help but she won’t let them She use to be a nurse taking care of others it’s her turn for us to take care of her trying to get labs from her she refuse it hurts when you feel power less any input would help.
