I am looking for someone to talk to. I’m so alone, sad and scared. My mom is 76 and is at the beginning stages and I am her primary caregiver.

Hi Christyjg,
I'm so sorry you and your mom are in this circumstance. Maybe tell a bit more about your situation. Do you live with your mom? Are there siblings? Do you go to a job or can you work from home?
If your mom is in the beginning stages of ALZ there are a lot of things she can still do and enjoy. if you have time, maybe write a little more so that you will get some helpful information.
There is a lot of material in these posts, and you will find some comfort in that.
