Family Pictures in her bedroom
Hello,
I was wondering if this is good or not.
I often show mom albums to distract her from her paranoia attacks ( I am spitting in her food etc)
I guess this is a longer discussion for next time. However, my question is: Is it good to put family pictures ? new? old? all? or at all....

Question is, does it work? I agree that you may want to post elsewhere for ideas. You asked the question so maybe not much happening in way of distracting.
I have not pulled out a truck load of pictures. Directly on the wall in front of dad's bed is a picture of his wife, dad, and mom. These are the people he constantly ask about and believe it or not he speaks to them every morning (sometimes holds a conversation lol) . He also tell visitors who they are although he says that can't be his wife because she too young. Dad is 89.

I had a framed family collage in mom’s room and often showed her pictures. It was always a good experience for her.

My LO had photos on the wall and several albums that she enjoyed discussing.

My children just bought me a picture frame that is like a collage of pictures that are from the past and recently. They “scroll” through and they can add pictures to it wherever they maybe so I think it’s downloaded onto the screen. It’s called Love IS SHARING a digital photo frame portrait.

Ooh, Janutt, I also have one of those electronic picture frames. It was a gift and has photos of my grandkid. Now that I think about it, it may have short video clips, as well. Whenever I walk into the room where it is housed, I'm pretty sure the laughter I hear is coming from the picture frame and not my brain. lol

Yessss, Bad Moon Rising,
it’s so funny that you have mentioned that because the other day I heard laughter and I couldn’t figure out what it was until I walked into the room we have ours in and believe it or not it was me laughing hysterically with my children in the video. It actually brought back memories of that day. It was funny 😂
