Recommend a pill crusher

I am the caregiver for my spouse who has Alzheimer’s. It’s getting harder and harder for her to swallow her pills. Can anyone please recommend a pill crusher?

thank you

Cheryl

I just went to the pharmacy and got one. Don't know if one is better than the next.

Please check with the doctor or pharmacist before crushing medication. Some meds should not be crushed. The doctor or pharmacist might be able to change those out for ones that can be or for a liquid or patch.

Thank you loveskitties, I did contact the pharmacist to confirm which medications could be crushed. Do you know if the liquid medication can be added to non-cooked food?
