Frustration

My husband with dementia is having some physical issues-sore tooth and lower back pain. Of course, each day he thinks it is just happened or only a few days ago. It has been now over a month. I am frustrated as he will not listen to me to seek help. He just keeps telling me to wait and see if it lasts. This is a continuous issue everyday! I've tried to let it go, keep gently trying to seek help, tried helping with personal care-heat pads, medications.... Nothing is working. Any suggestions!! It is wearing me down and I don't like it.
