It's very much a rabbit hole once you start on Youtube because of the algorhythms, so you can usually find something helpful. Besides Teepa, 'Dementia Careblazers' is good, so is Vicki at 'Dementia with Grace', and some universities put up their staff training videos, or lectures. I really like the video on 'Moderate Stage'.
Here's ones I've recommended.

Livlea, I wish you and your family the best as you try to educate yourselves on what your LO is and will experience. Emily 123 listed some excellent choices. I would also suggest looking at the utube videos by Dr. Tam Cummings. I found them helpful.

In addition to the videos, one of the things that helped me was the book "The 36 Hour Day" -- which was recommended by a nurse. It explains the disease and gives tips on how to care for a LO with the disease.

I highly recommend watching 12 minutes with Alzheimer's from ABC news several years ago. On days when I get frustrated with my mom I try to remember this video so I know why she's acting the way she is.

the VA has some great info that you can access even if your LO is not a veteran. Some are PDF's, some are short videos. https://www.va.gov/GERIATRICS/pages/Alzheimers_and_Dementia_Care.asp
