Blood test to help diagnose Alzheimers?

Does anyone have experience with, or extra knowledge about, the blood test, "PrecivityAD", that measures the levels of specific types of beta-amalyoid proteins in the blood and that may help with a differential diagnosis in the early stages?
I just found an earlier (2021-2022) thread that was helpful!
Any other recent experiences or thoughts?
Many thanks.

I'm also reading about newer tests: 1) from Quest, called AD-Detect and 2) DISCERN - a skin bio marker test. Does anyone have experience with these tests? Many thanks!
