During our nine hours in the ER today i commiserated with my partner and told her i bet she felt like she'd been hit by a truck. You need to know that a) she's an animal lover, and b) her hearing is not great. "Hit by a duck?" she cried, "oh, i hope i didn't hurt it!" I think we have a new family saying.
