Prepaid Caregiver(s) Card?

I'm new to this community
and hoping you can share any resources that are out there. My parents have multiple caregivers and I am looking for one prepaid, reloadable card that can be used by multiple caregivers (no name attached) on behalf of my parents. The caregivers buy groceries, lunch, medicine etc. at different vendors and we don't feel comfortable giving them our linked debit cards or cash (the children live offsite and manage the accounts entirely). I was excited to find Braid, but they are now out of business. Has anyone found another option they'd recommend?

What about a reloadable Visa gift card that you can track the balance online? Have the caregivers send in the receipts to reconcile weekly.

@MJ3 I got my mom one that I learned about on this forum. The True Link prepaid card lets you set spending limits and even what categories of purchases are allowed and not allowed. (Full disclosure, my mom has never once used it since I got it for her, but having it with her is somewhat comforting.)

Ah yes. Thank you. I was hoping for something that was catered towards this vulnerable population which might have fewer monthly fees and reloadable charges, etc but that might be the only option out there right now.

I had a nanny for our special needs child and used Venmo to reimburse her for these types of expenses. I paid her salary through a nanny payroll service but reimbursed her directly for these things. Most people who are paid caregivers are the age group who probably use Venmo. Then you just add them as a Venmo contact to your Venmo account, have them give you the receipts and you can immediately transfer them the $ from your Venmo account to their Venmo account. You can transfer any amount and it’s free & very easy. You are transferring the money from whatever bank (s) you add to your Venmo account. I also have used it to reimburse my siblings for group gifts we’ve bought together, etc. I had the Venmo app on my smartphone. I’m 51 and was able to figure it out ☺️
