Daycare and the holidays

This is probably a weird question, but if anyone knows, it'll be someone here.

Do you give holiday gifts to the staff at an adult day program? I know you would if it were childcare.

    Maybe.

    I would ask whoever runs the day program what is customary. I know HHA agencies and those in MCFs typically have guidelines or limits about gifting.

    We did holiday gifts at both the daycare and later in residential memory care. Sometimes a $5 gift card to a coffee shop, sometimes fancy chocolates or treats. One year I did a big fruit box so staff could take home what they wanted. Just a token to show our appreciation.
