New drug for mild AD - results pending

Hi everyone, I am helping my dad taking care of my mom, recently diagnosed with mild dementia due to possible AD. I saw on the news that BioVie presented Phase III blinded data of their oral medication for mild AD. Being a clinical trial statistician, I agree with the company that it is very promising - it indicates that certain patients improved on all tests. The unblinded data report should be out early December 2023.
1. Do you know someone who may have participated in the NE3107 study, I am trying to find any info about the drug?
2. If data is good, how can we ask the company to open early patient access program (like in Oncology), this will be monumental chance for hope for all of us?
