Any tips on how to beware when they get up in middle of night.

i was never sound sleeper and I’m not at point of really being concerned but she got up early and had know idea , worried for later stage. Any tips

    There are motion detecting mats which can signal an app on your phone to alert you when her feet hit the floor.

    Baby-proofing is a good idea at this point as well. If she's a hider or rummager, locking doors to spare rooms and the garage/basement make sense. Install locks on exterior doors will prevent elopement. It's a good idea to secure medications and cleaning supplies, too. Sometimes unplugging small appliances and removing stove knobs is necessary, too.

    I’ll second the recommendation for a mat or mattress detector that can trigger either a light or audible alarm. The one we use is made by “smart caregiver” and can be found on Amazon.
