That article was very insightful for me. I am already noticing how I have "taken to" the role forced upon me. I knew what I was getting myself into, just not how difficult it would be. I am already getting caregivers to sit with her and plan on doing it more frequently as she declines to combat burnout and hopefully stabilize my spirit and mind.
