Dealing with LO'S Anger

I'm stressed out from my mom who has dementia being constantly angry. I'm feeling really frustrated because I'm struggling with my own life, and caring for her while trying to keep my own head above water is got me on edge and I don't know what to do

Welcome to the forum. This is a common issue. Have you discussed it with her doctors? There are medications that might help. Read a lot of threads here too, as you can learn "workaround" strategies that may help keep her calm.

I am dealing with the same issue. It gets tougher. If I don't act immediately to her requests that interrupt my work, she gets even more angry.
