I have just been diagnosed, a week ago, with the first stages of dementia. I am having an awful to
E with night sweats. Any suggestions ?

    Welcome to our online support group, Jaronowsky. I'm sorry you have received this diagnosis. Although there is not yet a cure for the dementias, there are steps you can take to make your journey easier. Did your neurologist offer you any medications to help your memory?


    I have not heard of night sweats being associated with the dementias. Have you discussed this with your doctor?


    Aside from the night sweat, how are you doing? Please feel free to post when you have questions or comments.
