I am needing to purchase and send sports bras to my aunt in a mcf. Any suggestions on what to get that will be easy for her and the person helping her dress? Thank you.

It depends on size and how much support she needs to be comfortable. If light support, Old Navy has cotton "bralets" that go on like a tank top. Super cheap and pretty comfy (I wear them on days when I'm just home cleaning or relaxing). But if she needs more support, a similar style is available through Athleta (same website, both are owned by Gap) but different and more supportive fabric and structure.

Another consideration is does she need to be dressed while in a lying position? Then you will need something with a closure. Fruit of the loom makes a front closure cotton sports bra.
