Here’s to a better year

Well it’s been awhile since I have posted. It has been foggy and grey since the beginning of December, my SAD is triggered. However, if it was sunny, I would feel disoriented as well. I am slowly coming up for air, going out and helping my mother a lot.

I suddenly remember that he is gone, then the grief sets in. However, it is a process. I feel happy sometimes and then sad. I feel he is with me even if he isn’t physically with me. I take joy in my cats, my family and friends. I read your comments and ruefully remember when I was coping with poo and other debacles.

I believe I had a soft landing compared to some. I wish you all a good year in 24, Godspeed and to Jo and M1, my wishes for improved health.
