DW very lethargic today

Last night about two am I took her to the bathroom, then cleaned and changed her. She was a bit wound up after and wouldn't go back to bed until she finally fell asleep on a recliner. It's now after 12p and she still hasn't moved. Somewhat incoherent, more so than usual, and seemingly lethargic.

Another UTI perhaps or turning another corner?

    I'm sorry. It does sound like a urinalysis and culture are a reasonable next step.

    Fatigue is the only symptom my DH has with his UTI's. When he doesn't get out of bed, I immediately take a urine sample in and it has always been positive. 2 weeks ago he ran 101.9 temp, not common for his UTI. PCP said to get ambulance to transport to emergency. Sure enough, additionally to the UTI (which lab grew 2 different bacteria), he had diverticulitis. No wonder he ran a temp.
