I have realized that I just can't visit my mom in the NH anymore by myself. It's emotionally exhausting! I asked some family members, if I can meet them when they visit and told them how I am struggling going by myself. They said yes! I am so grateful and feeling blessed to have a loving family who are supportive. My Pride was stopping me from asking for help.
