    Started him on 25 mg for a week, now 25 a.m. and 25 p.m. no change. I know well increase

      My DH started Seroquel three days ago just at night. I can see a difference in his sleep patterns (much calmer) and no crying spells.

      When I start DW on seroquel it took 2 weeks to see any benefits and 6 weeks to see the full benefit. These meds take a little time to start working.
