Anyone wear a medical alert bracelet as caregiver & what do you put on it as limited

I feel as caregiver in case something happened to me while out what do you put on brackets as seems limited to what you can print.

    The gentleman from the support group's said "Dementia Caregiver" with the numbers of his 2 closest sons.

    As a caregiver I wear a Medic Alert bracelet. Mine has: CAREGIVER for #########. Then it list that I'm highly allergic to penicillin & codeine. Followed by phone numbers.
