Message from the head nurse just now.

My DW brought her friend Patty who usually doesn't participate in activities with her. She is such a bright light to others and we are so glad she is with us and in the environment best for her. She is doing great!

gh, her adjustment has been like greased lightning. You may be feeling some chagrin that she doesn't miss you as much as you thought she would. But I hope you're mostly feeling relief.

This is great! I’m so happy for her to be adjusting so well. I know you miss her terribly, but I also know you’re glad she’s adjusting well too.

Your DW seems to be fitting in well in her new environment. Great to know she is making friends and socializing with her new neighbors. The written and photographic communication from the head nurse is impressive. I trust that they will take very good care of your DW. Take care of yourself. Enjoy being able to be your DW's loving husband while she is supported by the MC staff.

This is really an uplifting post. I'm thrilled that she is doing so well, especially after all your concerns about placement. You made a good decision.
