Memory care facilities
Is there any financial help for memory care facilities? Mom has end stage 6 dementia and requires 24 care. But I can seem to find any help in CA.

This page may offer some information with links to eligibility requirements for Medi-Cal and their Assisted Living Waver program.
If you haven’t spoken to one already, a Certified Elder Law Attorney may be able to advise you on other financial assistance options that exist for you.

Try the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform - canhr - they are a nonprofit and cover everything from Medicaid (Medi-Cal in CA) eligibility for long-term care to standards of care, ombuds, and they have a referral service for lawyers in CA practicing elder law. I am a retired CA attorney and have used this resource many times.
