@M1
I have to thank you for enabling me to finally get some restful sleep. For the past two months I've been awake much of the night, and then sleeping during the day, into the afternoon. I wasn't able to get much done. You had mentioned the term "fragmented sleep" on a response to a member. I asked Dr Google and learned that fragmented sleep is a symptom of a sleep disorder, which I already was diagnosed with. I had only been thinking of sleep apnea as having to do with snoring and not breathing during the night, which I never experienced. I determined to resume using my CPAP machine. I slept nine uninterrupted hours last night and ten uninterrupted hours the night before, both nights awakening RESTED! This is like a miracle for me! I have you to thank for setting me on the right path to search. The sleep specialist I had consulted was not at all helpful. Thank you, thank you, very much M1!
