Off topic -- I got to see the Northern Lights - couple of photos
It was dark enough and I stayed up to see them. I didn't get to sleep until close to 4am because it took awhile for me to calm down from the excitement. 🙂

So beautiful! Thank you for posting thses—I was down for the count because I took some Benadryl for allergies. I hope you're doing doing okay, and am happy that you're still sharing here with others.

towns all around ours in central Illinois saw them. But all I saw was a slight vague red. Plenty of stars though.

How wonderful that they are visible down here!

WOW! Very pretty. I forgot to look, but my nocturnal, insomniac son told me it was too cloudy anyway. Maybe tonight? I think not. Hope you’re doing well. 😀

So cool. It was too cloudy here last night. But a trip to see them in Scandinavia is on my wishlist.

I was so psyched! I never use the word 'awesome', but in this case, I have to make an exception. It was an awesome experience. And pretty too - which is why I wanted to share. It's just something that's purely happy, and gorgeous to boot.
And thank you all for asking about me. I'm still here, I don't post as often, but I try to weigh in here and there if I think I have something helpful to add.
I'm starting to feel more like myself again, but until recently, didn't fully realize just how stressed out I was.
And — I think we have one more chance tonight to maybe see the Northern lights. 🙂
@Jeanne C. I was thinking Iceland, myself.

All clouded up here in PA so no dice! We had done a Viking cruise to Norway back in '19 and got to see them. The best sighting was right onboard the ship the one evening. Basically just green though - not any of the other colors.
