Saw my Mom Today

It's been 8 years that my Mom is in a NH. So today, I spoke to her like it was her first time meeting me. I told her who I am and that I got a haircut, I asked her if I looked good. Can you believe she spoke and said yes! We also prayed together, I of course pray only. This desiese is strange but I know it's just a good day for me and she will forget what happened today. I really am blessed that I have a place to like give a therapy to. Thanks Alzconnect and all the people here. God bless.

    My mil was not able to remember visits. We figured if she enjoyed the visit that’s all that mattered. She lived enjoying one day at a time. We did what we could to make day’s enjoyable. That’s all we can do.
