So, here are the results from my dad's ct scan:

FINDINGS:

The ventricles are normal in size and configuration for age. Enlarged bifrontal extra-axial spaces secondary to bifrontal cortical volume loss. There is no acute hemorrhage or mass effect. The gray-white matter differentiation is preserved. There are no extra-axial fluid collections. The included paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear. No displaced calvarial fracture identified.

Based on my researching/findings, the interpretation is some sort of dementia, frontotemporal dementia I think is what I found.

Have to wait for a couple weeks to discuss the results with primary physician and next action steps. Any feedback, advice, and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Feeling powerless and extremely frustrated with the medical process.

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like the results are nonspecific, which is usually the case. Imaging does more to rule out certain diseases than to confirm a diagnosis. You can say that he doesn't have a brain tumor and hasn't had a stroke, that's about it. It is indeed frustrating, but the fact of the matter remains that many dementias can't be distinguished except by autopsy. Frontotemporal dementia is usually diagnosed by behavioral characteristics rather than by imaging. Sorry you are struggling with it so.
