Caring for parent u have health issues

I've been living with Lupus about 14 years Ma has Altimers and Dementia past maybe 5, I had no help or resources and my health was taking a toll for the worst she has other issues health I was getting her to her appointment and skipping mine, first she stopped eating abs and taking her meds, She needed 24 hour care I can tell is moving rapidly she been bed ridden for 2 years and now she just told me the other week she don't want no snacks its breaking my heart and I am mentally emotionally and physically exhausted. No one comes to help and I am disabled and a only child. I am at my wits I am up and at it 7 days a week between her and my health issues and life . I also have fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, pulmonary hypertension epilepsy anxiety and lupus and neuropathy some days I can barely make. A higher being helps me all day long 🙏.
