in I Am a Caregiver (General Topics)
my son was recently diagnosed and he is now non-verbal. He lives in a home with 24 hr care but I'm concerned his lack of communication which is only "yes" will be misunderstood. This is all new to me as his decline was sudden & fast. I need help as well emotionally because I cry all the time knowing my son no longer does anything for himself. Can someone give me suggestion if you have any? Thanks in advance.
