Medication alarm

I’m looking for a dispenser that will allow pills to be dispensed at a certain time. If the pills are not dispensed, I want a ringer or alarm to ring again and continue to do so until the medication is dispensed. Like the alarm on my cell phone. Any suggestions. Thanks!

    The fact that pills are dispensed doesn't mean they'll be swallowed, they could as easily be put in the trash or down the toilet and that's a predictable outcome. It's probably time for direct supervision, which is what it comes down to for everyone eventually. Sorry, but i wouldn't trust anything mechanical to solve your problem.
