    @jfkoc , I am assuming you mean contracts for memory care, or am I wrong? I was thinking of asking the place I am considering for DH for a sample. There were surprises in the medical forms, and I would hate to find them there, too.

    Seems I remember a post a while back that someone signed for something and was now on the hook for the funds.
