Hallucinations
we have seen a change in lo hallucinations. Used to be occasional and mostly gibberish. In the last few weeks they have become more organized and coherent. And not always in the evening and during the night. Yesterday morning at 3am I had swim lessons lo was a WSI. Last night about 9:00pm lo gave a group of students to rundown on living here in our dorm. Lasted 30min. It was the most complete thing I ever heard. Better than the ones I heard in college. They have become more frequent, coherent and long. Last week I went to sneak out of the bedroom in the dark and was summoned back to put the boxes from the craft fair in the car. Wondering if could be medication related. Lo is on aricept 10mg bed. namenda 10mg 2x and seroquel.25mg 2x Has been since July first. We have not been very successful with the second dose. We usually give at meals. Not hungry in evening or tired. (Sleeping a lot).

It's a notorious offender and has little effect in late stage disease. Hard to say, I was just reading your other thread too about all the car trips-- sounds like you are bending over backwards and wearing yourself out. Maybe further increase in the Seroquel would help? There's such a wide dose range, you've got lots of room to move. Im so sorry you're having such a difficult time.
