Early onset dementia webinar

From Michael Ellenbogen:

On September 16, 2024, from 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET, the National Alzheimer’s and Dementia Resource Center will host the webinar, The Experience of Younger Onset Alzheimer’s Disease and the Importance of Community Support. A description of the webinar and registration information follows.

Living with younger onset Alzheimer’s disease brings difficult adjustment and challenges, including changes in communication, relationships, and everyday tasks. Along with these adjustments, those living with younger onset Alzheimer’s disease also talk of the loneliness of this disease. Creating support groups is one way to help reduce the feelings of isolation. This session will draw from the experiences of the Without Warning support program from the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center.

Additional information about this webinar and the registration form can be found here: 09-16-2024 NADRC Webinar-Younger Onset Alzheimer’s and Importance of Community Support.

Would this webinar be more for the caregiver or person with AD?

I just watched this webinar. Most of the information is discussed here on these boards all the time, so not much was new. But there were resources mentioned. I can post if anyone is interested.
