Broke my heart

My DH has done nothing for 2 years,besides watch TV and feed the birds and squirrels. Here in the last 2 weeks he has been cleaning out his man cave( which was disaster d/t I'm not to move or touch anything). He hoarded box's?

Today I ask him what was going on with the cleaning? He said 'I'm aware of my mortality and I don't want you to have to take care of it". Broke my heart. The first time he has ever acknowledged he hadVD and alz.

Really don't know what to make of this.

    Oh wow. I'd just give him a hug and a kiss and tell him you love him and thank you. That should cover it all.
