    Good news. I used this site and the claims about making it difficult to cancel are true. They auto renew without notice and refuse to refund when you cancel.

    Thanks for sharing! I am loving all the consumer protection stuff that has come out the last few years such as this. I suspect Care.com knew their audience was the one of the busiest, stressed clientele in the country - caregivers of the young and old - and used that to their advantage.
