    So sorry. We understand. He has zero control over his actions. His anxiety causes it. It’s not you it’s the disease. Nothing you can do will make it stop. Nothing. It will only get worse. Unless you learn skills and coping mechanisms your mental and physical health will suffer. Perhaps it’s time to look into a facility for him?

    Amber, this is okay for today. I think you are the type of person who does well with a written out plan. I have my plans written out, unfortunately not all of them, some are still in my head. But it is imperative to make plans. Otherwise you will be up the creek when everything hits the fan!
