I’m an early AD individual. Each day is fine. I also take Lexapro for impulse control and cannabis to get by

Good 9/11 so far off for coffee with Howard soon

    I, too, take prescribed antianxiety & antidepression medications. I vape my homegrown cannabis in the evening to wind down & help me sleep. So far, so good. I think its the unknowable future that cause me stress. I hate to think of DH having to care for me. We do have very good insurance including LTC. Still, as always, the future is unknown.

    Wife and daughter n son in law take very good care of me. I can handle most things alone but appreciate others when needed
