Since when is it okay to interfere, offer unsolicited suggestions, services under the pretext of “helping”.
Is it really helping the other person or helping yourself attain attention, praise etc. How can someone not know the difference and fine line between helping and intrusion?
Really…I want to know. 🫥

It's not ok, but it happens often. People have all kinds of reasons for "helping" in this way.
I find it hardest to set boundaries on this with the people closest to me. They actually do care, but they don't have a realistic perspective on my mom's situation.
