Conversation with phone

my DW was diagnosed with EOAD about a year ago. She has always been a talker and she still talks a lot except now she doesn’t make much sense even to me. I the past I was Able to fill in the parts of the conversation and was able to figure out what she was saying. Today a new thing happened. My DW has followed a lady on Facebook who has a blog where she sells clothes and other items. My DH has purchased items from this lady for several years. Today as I was sitting next to her and thought she was talking to a friend but realized that she was having a conversation with the lady on the blog. It’s impossible to talk during the presentation, only can text any questions. Has anyone else ever have this happen?

Yes - similar but not exactly the same. When my DH was still using his phone, he began to have conversations with what I thought were people, but there were actually voice messages that he would interact with as if they were a live, talking person….

He also thought anything on TV was happening in real life, and began to talk to the people he was in movies/shows as if they were in the room with him. We stopped watching the news about that point.
