What is the best incontinence brief for men?

I know this has been asked before, but we are just now dealing with urinary incontinence with my DH. He is in memory care, but the product they use is chafing the inside of his thighs, not to mention that it also doesn't work very well. I would prefer to provide him with something comfortable and effective. Thank you all so much!

Ed, who used to be on this forum, Always recommended a company called parent giving. I think it’s parent giving.com. I believe they will send you samples.

Peg, I used Parentgiving when my husband was alive. I talked to a lady in customer service for help with adult disposable underwear and she sent me several samples to try. I don't know if they're still doing that but they were a great company to work with.

I just started using these for my DH. He is 2-3x. I started with the Amazon brand and they worked ok. I just purchased the Depend brand and the seem smaller but perhaps more absorbant than the Amazon ones.

I may try the brands you all suggested.

Thank you for all of your replies. He is being changed only when he indicates that he needs to be. It appears that he doesn't like the wet feeling, and does ask for help whenever it is time for a change. He can still occasionally get to the bathroom in time, and is not yet bowel incontinent. I don't know about the wipes, but that is a great question and I will ask. I'll give Parent Giving a call tomorrow and see about getting some samples. I will let you all know how they work out!
