    I did not realize that many health systems plus the VA will not prescribe it to people with two copies of APOE4 and that more than a third of U.S. neurologists do not recommend Leqembi to Alzheimer’s patients. It's gotten so much hype because of the lack of any new Alzheimers drugs coming out for so many decades but the more I learn the more disappointed I am in this particular one.

    FWIW the article is still behind a paywall. Not surprising about the AP04 though. I suspect the popularity of this is going to continue to wane. Lot or work still to do…
