Disposable Underwear who are NOT incontinent but leave 'skid marks'

Have any of you found a disposable pull-up underwear for a females (dementia elders) who are NOT incontinent but who leave 'fecal skid marks' due to memory decline? This female elder doesn't remember if she wiped or not. She also doesn't see well nor has the dexterity to remove all debris.

Incontinence pullups are slightly thicker than what she needs, and we don't want to block the breathability any more than necessary.

There are super thin disposable underwear (for traveling women), but our elder needs a little barrier in the rear --- enough to cover 'skid marks'.

Adhesive Panty liners are not an option for us since my sister doesn't feel they are secure and she is concerned they can move or fold or relocate. I respect her wishes.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions of products or ideas.

She is in a Memory Care facility. Up until now, they were including free incontinence pullups. They are about to stop providing them.

The cost will increase to $240/month for the facility to continue to supply. I want to help her to find other options such us buying her own (which would be less expensive). However, we would like to find a more suitable, breathable, option.

The option that has worked best for my mom so far are the Assurance brand pullups from WalMart. She feels like they are actual underwear. She is also mostly continent but occasionally has some incontinence and needs the security of these briefs. Our main issue is that she is unaware of the need to change them ... unless she has an accident. Then she'll remove them and go commando ... the staff has learned to watch for pants on inside out or backwards and then help her get a new pair of briefs on.

My wife uses Poise panty liners for skid marks, placed further back than you would for urinary incontinence. Changing then is much easier than changing underwear because you don't have to remove shoes and trousers.
